One Dish Dinners February 29, 2012

Enjoy an evening of cooking and eating with a seasoned caterer/instructor that has over 35 years experience. Discover a whole variety of one dish meals that only need a salad added for a complete meal! We will make Jambalaya, Polenta Casserole with Grilled Veggies and Marinara Sauce, Turkey Pot Pie and more! Tuition is $50. An additional food fee of $15, payable to the instructor will be due at the beginning of the class. Class will run from 6-9pm on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Los Altos Christian Church in Albuquerque, NM.
