Book signings in city after city have supporters inviting Lonz Cook to return with his new release. Readers from San Francisco, Detroit, Chicago, and Atlanta showed in strength setting record turnout for an independent author. Now traditionally published, Lonz Cook chose Phoenix as his initial stop on a tour around the country. He recognizes Phoenix as a jewel city and one ready to embrace a novel steeped in intrigue, romance and suspense.

In April, Cook released his third new paperback titled When Love Evolves, now available in national bookstores. He is scheduled for a book signing at the Tempe Marketplace Barnes & Noble Booksellers on Saturday, June 25, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Unlike the traditional romance novel, WHEN LOVE EVOLVES explores a more dramatic plot, one involving suspense, passion, rage and the mafia. The book is written from a male's perspective, WHEN LOVE EVOLVES is a one-of-a-kind romance novel that will grip readers from start to finish. Although categorized as a romance/drama, the book strikes the interest of non-traditional romance readers as it crosses gender lines with added action and investigation.

Cook, a retired Marine, is also a technology specialist and adjunct professor at Keller School of Management, DeVry University in Atlanta, GA. He has written professionally for several years. His creativity helped Marine service members passionately communicate with loved ones during long deployments.
