"Once Upon a Time in Arabia" Egyptian Nights Show April 19, 2010

Once Upon a Time in Arabia featuring the world-renowned Mohamed Shahin of Egypt and Alexia with her Alexandria dancers. A magical theatrical experience sure to leave you breathless! The Egyptian Nights 2010 features vivid choreography, sumptuous costuming, and remarkable performers. This year's program provides the Knoxville community with a glimpse into the rich, mystifying culture of the Middle East offering a unique perspective on the world of international dance. The exciting concert-length program is comprised of a refreshing blend of dances from Egypt, Lebanon, Spain and Turkey. In addition to Mohamed Shahin of Egypt the show features Alexia and her beautiful Alexandria Dancers, and other professional performers from across the south and northeast.
