Fireworks won’t be the only thing bursting into the air on New Year’s Eve. Improv Comedy will be exploding off the stage at The Bovine Metropolis Theater in their annual “On The Spot” New Year’s Eve celebration.
It gets cold outside watching fireworks, so stay inside and warm your funny bone until just moments before the big fireworks display. There are two showings on New Year’s Eve and they are timed so that the audience can enjoy the warm laughs at 7:30 pm and 10:00 pm, and still catch the fireworks in between the show as well as the ball drop at midnight.
Bovine Metropolis Theater is located at 1527 Champa Street in the heart of the Denver Theatre District. Tickets are $25 at the door or over the phone. Celebrating its 10 year anniversary, the Bovine is an improv organization that teaches and performs theatrical improvisation which is the art of accepting the unknown gracefully.
