In honor of Omaha Public Schools’ 150th Anniversary, an exhibit at the Durham Museum will take visitors on a journey back to the 1860s to learn what school was like for students and teachers when Omaha was a newly-found frontier town. Visitors will be able to follow an interactive timeline through the district’s interesting and rich history showcasing rare photos and one-of-a-kind artifacts. Durham hours are Sunday, 1 – 5 pm; Tuesday, 10 am – 8 pm; Wednesday – Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm.
