Join Sylvie in the exploration of the amazing flavors of Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars from around the world. The class will include olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting. We will also prepare two kinds of Tapenade and Vinaigrettes to sample. Prepare for an evening of extraordinary flavors. The oils and vinegars tasted will be available for purchase at the end of class.
