The Olive Garden at 5609 Spectrum Dr. is hosting a wine tasting* for guests 21 years of age and older on Nov. 16 and 17, from 6 to 8 p.m. in celebration of the remodeled restaurants inspired by farmhouses in Tuscany.
Led by Olive Garden wine specialists, guests will be given the opportunity to experience a selection of Italian wines—learning about their origins, flavors and food pairings. Among the wines featured will be Rocca delle Macie’s SaSyr, a red wine that was developed in partnership with the Rocca delle Macie winery in Tuscany, Italy.
All guests of the newly remodeled restaurants will find an updated interior décor including new window treatments, hand-painted pottery, tables, chairs and booths inspired by the warm, rustic tones and design elements of a farmhouse in Tuscany. Exterior updates include freshly painted walls and signage.
Wine tasting events are for patrons 21 years of age and older.
*There is a 25 cent fee per sample required at the wine tasting events at the Frederick restaurant in compliance with local law.
