Olde World Renaissance Faire June 13, 2009

New for 2009, live full contact joust in Twig, MN from the New Riders of the Golden Age. Historical international entertainment group Wolgemut and a comedy sword-play presentation by the Duelists are welcomed back as some of the many entertainers at this year’s local Renaissance Faire which include period style games, delicious food and artisan merchants.
The Olde World Renaissance Faire will take place on June 13th & 14th 2009, from 10 AM to 7 PM, at their beautiful outdoor site 2 miles West of Twig, Minnesota. Twig is 13 miles Northwest of Duluth on Highway 53. Admission fees are $12.00 for adults, $8 for children 6 through 12 and Seniors, and free for children 5 and under. There is a discount of $3.00 for Medieval or Renaissance costumed Adult Patrons and $1 for children and Seniors. The 12th annual Faire is presented by the nonprofit Council for Historic Arts and Trades.
