Old Photographs Show & Sale
On Saturday June 7th from 10am to 2pm at the Tip Top Shoe Building, 155 West 72nd Street,
4th Floor, New York, NY (near Broadway). (Subway – Nos. 1, 2 or 3 train to 72nd Street; Bus – Nos. 7, 11 or 104 to 72nd Street) there will be an Old Photographs Show and Sale.
Included will be -
Music – rock & roll, jazz, pop, etc. - Elvis, Sinatra, Elton John, Paul McCartney, Chicago, Louis Armstrong, Fats Domino, Dolly Parton, Menudo, Willie Nelson, ZZ Top et al.
Movies – scenes, stars, cameras, filmmakers – Jane Russell, Barbara Streisand, Robert Redford, Clark Gabe, Judy Garland et al.
Sports – baseball, football, basketball, boxing, hockey, auto racing et al.
TV – Star Trek, Lee Majors, Charley’s Angels, Raquel Welch et al.
Theatre
Politics, Nature (Thor Heyerdahl) and Science (Albert Einstein)
African American Heroes
Miscellaneous – other famous people (many unidentified), events, festivals, landmarks, buildings, intimate settings, etc.
Tons of rare, not-so-rare and collectible photographs, mostly 8” x 10”, black and white glossies, mainly from 1930s to 1980s.
Other paper items available are – sheet music, posters, books, magazines, programs, auction catalogs, calendars, etc.
