8:45 a.m.- Pre-race warm up outside

9:00 a.m.- 5k (3.1- mile) run and 1 mile walk BEGINNING AT LIFEWORKS

10:30 a.m.- Approximate time for awards presentation

$20 pre-registration (deadline is Friday, April 13, 2012)

All mailed pre-registered entries must be received by Wednesday, April 11, 2012.

Online registration will close Friday morning, April 20th at 9 AM!

Long sleeved T-shirts will be given to the first 300 entrants in the run and walk.

Awards(5K Only)
Top man and top woman overall and Top Three (3) in the following age categories:

10 & Under, 11-15, 16-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-60 & 61 & Over
Packet Pick Up
Last minute pick-up and same day registration will take place race day.
