Old Cranky: the Wading Wonders of the Great Blue Heron May 8, 2010

Celebrate the year of the birds by joining a ranger to learn about this Great Big Bird. Also known as "Old Cranky and Long John", the Great Blue Heron is a common wader in rivers, lakes and ponds here in the Hickory Nut Gorge. Discover the fun facts about this beautiful bird's life.
