As we become a more global economy, we are introducing more than just new products and services into our lives; we are also importing living visitors into new environments. Scott Walock with APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service) within the United States Dept. of Agriculture will join us to talk a little bit more about two such visitors: emerald ash borer and Asian long-horned beetle. We'll also explore what their presence means for our local environment. Open discussion follows the presentation. Light refreshments served. Reservations requested; walk-ins welcome. Call (937) 434-9005 or register online. Age: 14Y & up.
