Ohashiatsu Beginning I Course
What is Ohashiatsu?

Ohashiatsu is a nurturing method of touch based on healing philosophies, developed by Ohashi after years of practicing, teaching and observing human nature. Like other therapies, Ohashiatsu manipulates the energy within the body using a framework of eastern philosophy. The emphasis of Ohashiatsu is on communication and synergism between giver and receiver, and on the physical, psychological and spiritual harmony of both.

In this Beginning I class, you will learn the real meaning of "body work"- how to work your body in the proper way- with tonus, crosspatterning, working from the "Hara" at all times, the value of continuity, coordinating mother/messenger hand with mother/messenger knee.

This course is on July 26, 27, 28 Aug 2,3 10-5pm. There are no pre-requisites for this course and all are welcome.
