'Of Cloth and Culture: African Textiles from the Norma Canelas and William D. Roth Collection' will feature many cloth and textile arts traditions of various regions of the African continent. Masterful examples of these traditions include colorful Kente cloth of West Africa, beautifully beaded aprons of the Kirdi in Cameroon, appliqueed and embroidered flags of the Fante in Ghana, and beaded animal skins of the San people of South Africa.
