A culinary journey with renowned food writers Naomi Duguid and Jeffery Alford will take us to out-of-the-way places in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Alford and Duguid have authored six award winning cookbooks that include Hot Sour Salty Sweet; Mangoes and Curry leaves; Culinary Travels in the Great Subcontinent; and Beyond the Great Wall: Recipes and Travels in the Other China.
