ODC Theater Present SCUBA 2009 (Final Weekend) June 27, 2009

SCUBA, the national touring network created by ODC Theater, Velocity Dance Center in Seattle and the Southern Theater in Minneapolis presents its final 2009 performances the weekend of June 27 & 28 when Chris Schlichting, who hails from the Twin Cities, is paired with ODC Theater Artist in Residence, Katie Faulkner. "love things," Schlichting’s choreographic fantasy built and de-constructed from 1970s Americana, features a musical score shaped by what he terms "the manipulative and emotionally saturated Top 40 music of the era." This contrasts with Faulkner’s lilting and carefully wrought presentations which will include a reprise of the memorable "The Road Ahead," first performed during Litquake, 2008
