October Open Studios at Workspace Limited October 18, 2008

Our seventh Open Studios event this Fall is highlighting over 25 artists. You are invited to meet and view the work of emerging and established artists at the Workspace Ltd Studios. 2150 Folsom St, SF.

The event is on October 18th and 19th. Our downstairs exhibition gallery will be curated by Deborah-Jean (DJ) Harmon, Director of Hang Art, and Dan Johnson (DJ) Lake, curator for Adobe Books Backroom Gallery. Artists will be greeting guests in their studios from 11am until 6pm both days.

Workspace is a non-profit located in a beautifully converted old industrial building. From a vacant shell it has become a new 37,000 sq-ft arts facility that houses approximately 65 artists working in diverse mediums, ranging from painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, installation, and photography to electronic media.

A Preview Party will be held Friday October 10 with live music and DJ starting at 7pm.
