Obama Fundraiser Viewing of "Slacker Uprising" Documentary October 29, 2008

Educators for Obama Committee invites you to join us for an Obama fundraiser viewing of Michael Moore’s latest documentary film “Slacker Uprising” on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at
the Crest Theater located at 1013 K Street, Downtown Sacramento at 7:30 p.m.
Suggested donation is $12.00.

The documentary traces Michael Moore’s 62-city tour of the swing states during
the 2004 Presidential election and records the thrilling response he received from young people across the country. Four years later, this movement of young people in America has grown exponentially and is expected to have a
decisive impact on this year’s election.

This fundraiser will be one of the last opportunities available for Obama
supporters to be part of this historic campaign before Election Day on
November 4th! Therefore, we encourage you to bring your family, friends and
colleagues.

The documentary film will be presented in the elegant art deco section of the
theater which has a seating capacity of 1,000. There will be a brief welcoming
program prior to the start of the film.
