Swedish/Issaquah hosts OB and Pediatrics Open House featuring Jenni Hogan, a special performance by Casper Baby Pants, Workshops, Seminars and much more!
FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Swedish/Issaquah invites all moms, dads and parents-to-be to check out the new Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Pediatric Inpatient Units before they open to the public Nov. 1. The Open House will feature guest speaker and local ‘Mommy Blogger’ Jenni Hogan from KIRO TV as well as a performance by local artist Casper Baby Pants. In addition, moms can take part in a variety of workshops/seminars on topics including: Fostering a Successful Transition to Parenthood, Connecting with Children, Breastfeeding and more. Also, Swedish/Issaquah will provide a Resource Center with free information about new parent support groups, childbirth and parenting classes at Swedish, infant sign-language, and more.
