Oats Bluegrass Festival July 4, 2009

This exciting event features performances by 22 top bluegrass acts as well as crafts, children's music, instrument workshops, jam sessions and more. This year's bands include Blue Highway, The Bluegrass Brothers, Dan Paisley and Southern Grass, Stained Grass Window and more.
