Oakland A's Fan Fest 2007 January 27, 2007

• FanFest 2007 is Saturday, January 27th from 10:00am to 3:00pm at McAfee Coliseum
• FanFest Admission Tickets are $10.00 and can be purchased in advance online at oaklandathletics.com or at A's Ticket Services, located at the Coliseum, Monday-Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm beginning the week of January 2, 2007.
• FanFest admission tickets can also be purchased the day of the event.
• Online autograph ticket sales are sold out. A limited number of autograph tickets will be on sale the day of the event, January 27th, starting at 8:30am.

FanFestCome on out to FanFest for your first opportunity to meet your 2007 Oakland A's! Former players and coaches will be joining your favorite current A's players to make FanFest a special event for the best fans in baseball.

FanFest is great for fans of all ages and the entire family! Beginning at 10:00am, you will have the opportunity to get autographs, participate in Q & A sessions, have your picture taken with an A's player or World Series trophy, purchase authentic game used memorabilia and take a behind the scenes tour of the A's clubhouse, weight room, umpire's room and dugout. Also scheduled is a "Baseball: 101" clinic where adults and children alike can learn the fundamentals of baseball straight from the pros! And of course FanFest would not be complete without music, interactive games, and food!

All net proceeds from the event benefit the Oakland A's Community Fund and The Okizu Foundation. The Okizu Foundation is committed to the continuing support of the Oncology and Siblings camping programs. The specific purpose of this corporation is to operate a recreational therapy program for children whose families are affected by childhood cancer. Camp Okizu offers the unique opportunity for children with cancer (and their siblings) to learn independence, nourish positive self-esteem and gain skills in a safe, trusting environment.

Online autograph ticket sales are sold out. Remaining Autograph Session tickets will go on sale at the Coliseum Will Call Ticket Windows at 8:30am the day of FanFest.

This is the seventh year that the A's are bringing you this fan friendly event at the coliseum. Single game tickets for the 2007 season will go on sale at the Gate D Box Office at 9:00am.

FanFest is a great day of fun for the whole family, so bring everyone out to the stadium to kick off the 2007 baseball season!
