The 40,000-plus New York City Marathon participants running through miles 21 and 22 in Harlem Sunday will be greeted by tens of thousands of spectators and upbeat musical performances showcasing the sounds of Uptown. Hosted by the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce, the “Harlem Miles” will take place this Sunday, November 6, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with five stages along Fifth Avenue from 135th Street to 110th Street.
