NYC ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DAY TO PROMOTE BUSINESSES IN HARLEM
More than 40 businesses will participate in the NYC Economic Development Day Business Expo as part of HARLEM WEEK 2011 on Thursday, August 4, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Columbia University’s Alfred Lerner Hall, 115th Street and Broadway, in Manhattan. Businesses representing the insurance, health care, financial and real estate industries, in the private and public sectors, will be promoting their goods and services and meeting with local job seekers.
At the same time, along Broadway between 114th and 116th Streets, HARLEM WEEK will host an Outdoor Farmer’s Market and Healthy Eating Expo with local farmers, food vendors and health care providers. Both events are free and open to the public.
