NYC BiChoice: Slopestyle Under the Sun February 17, 2008

Details: Here's the skinny --

We meet at Grand Central at 9 AM to buy our tickets and board the 9:40 train to Patterson, NY.
We will arrive in Patterson around 11:30 to meet the shuttle bus which will take us to the Thunder Ridge Ski Resort.
We will then get everyone setup with rental equipment of either skis or a snowboard, your choice of course!! ( even though snowboarders rule! )
We will then ski or ride from noon to 2 pm at which point we will all meet for lunch. After lunch we will ski/ride again until 6 pm. I am more than willing to help anyone learn to ski or snowboard and lessons are also available for extra cost.
At 6 pm we will reconvene at the rental shop and turn in all our equipment to catch the 6:45 train back to NYC.
We will arrive back at Grand Central at 8:45 with wonderful stories to tell of your amazing day at Thunder Ridge!!

Meetup Event Fee: is USD1.00 per person + the Cost: USD79.00 per person [$44 for Train and all day lift ticket ( The lift ticket alone is usually $48 ) $25 for equipment rental $10 for lunch (or feel free to brown bag it!) ] Lessons are also available for an extra cost of $30 for one hour, but I promise to help anyone new get started skiing or snowboarding.
