NY400 Week: New Amsterdam Village September 4, 2009

The New Amsterdam Village consists of replicas of the traditional houses of New Amsterdam, a life size windmill and outdoor podium. Learn about and experience Dutch crafts, such as wooden shoe making, Delft blue painting and glass blowing. In addition, you can sample traditional Dutch foods such as cheese, herring and 'dollar' pancakes, and purchase Dutch flower bulbs and cut flowers.
