Now Thrive the Armorers: Arms and Armor in Shakespeare August 16, 2008

This exhibition brings to light chivalric ideals and battlefield realities in Shakespeare's plays through a selection of arms and armor from the Higgins Armory Museum in Massachusetts. The exhibit also includes military treatises, fencing manuals, and depictions of armor both realistic and fanciful.
