This is the proverbial beer taster's beer tasting. Belgian beers are undoubtedly the most interesting and varied styles found among the developed nations. They range from sweet to intensely sour, some are robust and wine-like, others are crisp and light with orange peel and coriander. They may be spontaneously fermented, bottle-conditioned, aged, or blended. These are truly fabulous beers.
