Notes on Water, a vocal recital with soprano Gwendolyn Lytle March 31, 2012

Gwendolyn Lytle, soprano; Gary Bovyer, clarinet; and Genevieve Feiwen Lee, piano offer music by Argento, Schubert and others.
Lytle has concertized in throughout the U.S. in solo recitals, with choral ensembles and with orchestras including the Long Beach and Oakland symphonies. Her operatic experiences, have included the roles of Cleopatra in Handel’s Julius Caesar; the Countess in Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro, the Little Cook in Stravinsky’s The Nightingale, Fiordiligi in Mozart’s Così fan tutte, Lucy in Joplin’s Treemonisha and others.
