Cathy Whims has been serving classic Italian fare to Portland diners for years, and she is dedicated to marrying Italian culinary tradition with the fresh and local foods of the Northwest. Her restaurant, Nostrana, was named Restaurant of the Year by the Oregonian. Previously, under Cathy's guidance as Executive Chef and co-owner, Genoa gained national recognition.
