Northwest Junior Pipe Band appears at the Evergreen Sate Fair sponsored by the John Whims Agency of Nationwide Insurance and the Monroe Chamber of Commerce in Monroe, WA.

See the band march and perform between 2:30 and 3:00 between the West Red (Main) gate and the East Gate/Kiddieland!!
