NORTHBROOK RESIDENT WINS A “FREE LUNCH DAY” AT ROTI MEDITERRANEAN GRILL Event Benefits The Buddy Foundation June 24, 2012

Roti Mediterranean Grill is hosting a Free Lunch Day on Sunday, June 24th for the winner of their “Roti Ambassador” Facebook contest at their Northbrook location. Fans in Chicago voted both in store and on the Roti Facebook page to choose the first-ever “National Roti Ambassador" who will receive free lunch for a year as well as donations to their charity of choice during the Free Lunch Day.

After two weeks of voting, 5,200 votes were cast. Philip Rosen of Northbrook, IL, was named the winner with more than 1,500 votes. He will receive a free Roti lunch, every day for one year, as well as a contribution to his selected beneficiary, The Buddy Foundation, an organization that provides immediate safety and care to stray, abused and abandoned animals. Rosen and his wife are animal lovers and volunteer four hours of their time a week. This Free Lunch Day will lend awareness to The Buddy Foundation and provide much-needed funds, since it is funded solely by passionate supporters like the Rosens.

Customers can visit Roti’s Northbrook location from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. to receive a free lunch when they make a donation to The Buddy Foundation. On June 24, everyone in line until 1p.m. scores a free lunch in exchange for a donation of any size. The free lunch includes a sandwich, salad or Mediterranean plate. The offer is limited to one per person, who must be present to receive the free lunch.
