North Okaloosa County Job Fair and Military Community Expo
The Workforce Development Board of Okaloosa and Walton Counties and its JobsPlus One-Stop Career Centers are pleased to announce that the North Okaloosa County Job Fair and Military Community Expo will be held on August 17 at the Crestview Community Center from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. There is no cost to attend the event and it is open to the public.
Exhibitors at the event will include local employers that will be accepting resumes and local military and community partners that will be sharing information about the many resources, programs and services available on and off base. All jobseekers are encouraged to bring multiple copies of their resume and to dress for success.
“This event will highlight all of the opportunities in Crestview,” stated Mary Lou Reed, Executive Director for the Workforce Development Board of Okaloosa and Walton Counties. “With all of the new residents moving into the area, we feel that this is a wonderful way to introduce them to our local employers and community partners.

This will be a great event -30 Employer Job Fair and 30 Community and Veteran Organizations. Waffle House is bringing their mobile unit. Employer list will be posted a few days before the job fair.
