Nordic Walking suits all ages and a wide range of fitness levels. It was developed to enable cross country skiers to train throughout the year. Perfect for those who want some gentle exercise beyond walking. It can also become a challenging workout for improvers. Instructors all hold International Nordic Walking Instructor Qualifications. We recommend "beginners" attend 4 progressive sessions to develop good technique. Improver sessions take place at the same time. As the days grow lighter and longer we change our morning sessions to evening.
