Ring in the New Year at Noon
The grown-ups can have their New Year's Eve fun at night, but kids get to celebrate 2009's arrival during daylight hours at the third annual Noon Year's Eve party at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. The family-friendly event runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31.
The Noon Year's Eve festivities include kid-friendly activities the whole family can enjoy. Watch a crew of charismatic critters in a special Noon Year's Eve Wild Animal Show; make New Year's ReZOOlutions and create eco-friendly crafts.
The Noon Year's Eve celebration culminates at the stroke of noon with an alcohol-free toast and a traditional ball drop to welcome 2008. Noon Year's Eve activities are FREE with regular Zoo admission.
