Noah Stone at Tangier October 19, 2006

Singer/songwriter Noah Stone grew up in Joni Mitchell's Laurel Canyon home. Traces of the lyrical sensibility and song writing ethic of the canyon can be found in Noah's music. However, there is something decidedly modern and fresh to his approach. His recordings are lush and elaborate but his solo live show is stripped down. Armed with a guitar, a looping pedal and a variety of percussion instruments, Noah builds atmospheres that serve his stories.
