Rally Information

* The Community Action Partnership and its national network of Community Action Agencies is hosting the ?No Room for Poverty? National Rally.
* The rally will be held on September 4, 2004, from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on the Ellipse in Washington, DC (the Ellipse is between the White House and the Washington Monument).
* The rally is being held to raise the visibility of poverty in America and to call for a White House Conference on American Poverty to address the issue.
* The event is free and open to the general public.
