No Guts, No Gain! is an assertiveness training course for professionals. Delivered as an interactive workshop over eight hours, it is typically scheduled over two half-day sessions.

Purpose: To enable professionals to get tough, take control of their lives, and plant their feet with clients and colleagues.

Audience: Any professionals who deal with clients and colleagues.

Objectives: After taking this course, participants will be able to:
• Describe the Building Blocks for Success and identify where personal improvement is needed
• Set gutsy goals for themselves and break through their personal barriers to success
• Describe the role of courage and risk taking in optimizing performance and productivity
• Implement a system for continuously improving their comfort zone to achieve personal and professional goals

Materials: Each participant receives a copy of the No Guts, No Gain! course materials (binder and set of 6 audio CDs)

Cost: $250 Non Clients / $100 Clients or Free w/Referral
