There’s an unmistakable jet-set air to Kiss & Fly, and not just because of the European crowd and flowing Veuve Clicquot. The name of the flighty, flirty nightclub comes from a passenger drop-off area in an airport in the south of France. And this is one crowd that might actually get the reference: young, rich, and overwhelmingly European. The club, mostly bottle service, shoots for a quasi-Roman-bathhouse feel, with low ceilings, giant distressed columns, wraparound benches, and brocades that hang over hand-carved wood screens set up around the circular space. Love seats are assembled around the centrally located, recessed dance floor; farther back is “The Temple,” a tentlike seclusion that offers a taste of the VIP life. One never needs an excuse to pop a cork.
