Hitchcock Nature Center - Led by members of the Omaha Astronomical Society, participants will have the opportunity to observe the popular Perseid's Meteor Shower from a Loess Hills ridge top. Those cabins are absolutely wonderful!!! Quiet, cozy AND air conditioned. I will let you know when I come up with the date in October that I am going back to stay again.

I have rented a cabin and will be attending this and the Flickr Walk. I am excited about getting away and spending time outdoors. However, it looks like a HOT one this weekend. The good news is that the skies are suppose to be clear.
