Night Festival 2012 at The Peranakan Museum August 31, 2012

Night Festival 2012: For only two nights, catch the buzz and party till late as the Peranakan Museum unveils the fun-loving culture of the Babas and Nonyas!
Feel the pulse of the pounding Brazilian drums and percussion with Sensational Samba performances, be mesmerised by amazing acrobatic contortionists from Astounding Acrobats, and be tickled by mime performances.
For those who wish to kick start their weekend rolling with laughter, Kumar, Singapore’s queen of comedy, and Hirzi, of Youtube sensation Munah and Hirzi, will keep you in stitches.
For hands-on fun, festival participants will have the chance to create 3D pop-up crafts inspired by Emily of Emerald Hill and glow-in-the dark graffiti murals.
Activities will take place between 7 to 11pm. Free popcorn and children’s goodie bags are available from 7pm onwards, while stocks last.
