Night at the Museum: All Aboard the Polar Express December 10, 2010

Local parents looking for a few hours to do some holiday shopping -- without their children in tow -- will have that chance when the Springs Preserve hosts the kids-only "Night at the Museum: All Aboard the Polar Express" event.

Parents can drop off their kids -- in their pajamas! -- at the Springs Preserve for a safe night of entertainment, including a screening of the holiday film, "The Polar Express." During the evening, kids can make holiday crafts and write "wish list" letters to Santa Claus, who will drop by for a visit to collect the letters and meet with the children. Pizza and snacks will be served.

$25 per child (ages 5 to 12, does not include $1 online convenience fee). Reservations are required. Registration deadline is Dec. 8. Only 120 spots are available for this event on a first-come, first-served basis.
