($10). After their Pier 63 parties were shut down in 2002, Turntables on the Hudson traveled way up the West Side, to the Tubby Hook Café, to secure open air dance space. They've since returned to 63, but only to the lightship Frying Pan (the adjoining pier has remained off-limits). While the curiosity-riddled nooks and crannies of the hull and its seemingly subterranean dance floor never fail to impress, we've missed the breeziness of dancing on the dock. Tonight marks TOTH's official reopening of the pier with Nickodemus and Mariano back on the (unmoored) decks, joined by percussionist Nappy G and Batucada drummers VamoLá. Afloat in the boat, Brazilian Girls perform live and Electrik Soul's DJ Onionz tends house.
