Nicholas Wynia, a photographer and teacher from Story City, Iowa, is currently working on his MFA at UW-Madison. These photographs, taken while living and working abroad, explore Wynia's emotional and physical attraction to landscapes and people. His photographs provoke questions rather than deliver answers, striking a chord between the understood and the unknown.
