Nia for Kids April 7, 2010

(Ages 3-6) Nia is about the joy of movement for every body. Children are dance experts, and Nia enhances that expertise by introducing guided movements with and without props to inspiring and diverse music. Nia is not performance based, and parents are welcome to participate.
