Venue: Open Studios

Subtle Formations looks to movements in ambient sound to create live audio /visual performances. The focus of Subtle Formations will be an interaction between imagery and text, looking for both content and hardware to be synchronous in the performance. A cinematic aesthetic is encouraged, presented in a theatre setting, with filmic devices at the core of the story being told. The stories involve different selections around the idea of transformations.
