Newark School of the Arts is offering you the opportunity to see for yourself what comprehensive arts education is all about.

Come to the Newark School of the Arts Parent Mixer and Open House on September 26, 2009 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m
- Find out about exciting art classes in music, drama, dance and visual arts

- Hear from the Executive Director, Stephen Shiman about opportunities for Newark students through the I.C.A.N Program (Initiative for Children's Arts in Newark)

- Tour the school and newly renovated spaces:visual art studio, multi-purpose room, gallery space and library.

- Attend a free jewelry-making workshop!

- Learn about our class offerings for adults

- Meet and mingle with parents dedicated to supporting arts education.
