Calling all sports fans! Highly respected and controversial sports columnist Robert Lipsyte of is coming to the OFJCC. He'll talk about his latest book, An Accidental Sportswriter, and reveal hidden stories of American athletic icons. He'll also discuss his own "accidental path" to becoming a sports columnist as he brings to life the stories of icons such as Muhammad Ali, Mickey Mantle, Billie Jean King and others. A great night out for avid sports fans or those curious about amazing and "accidental" career stories.

In addition to being a long-time city and sports columnist for "The New York Times," Lipsyte is host of a weekly PBS show, author of sixteen books, and a former network correspondent at CBS and NBC.
