New York Television Festival September 28, 2005

NYTVF is proud to present the first-annual Independent Pilot Competition, the only industry-recognized platform that allows aspiring television makers to showcase their independently produced pilots directly for network and cable executives. The 2005 competition features 26 pilots in five major categories: Comedy, Reality, Documentary, Animation and Drama.
In addition to the Independent Pilot Competition, the NYTVF is also featuring a number of exclusive specialty screenings, a panel discussion series and several special events intended to celebrate the television industry and to honor those who have made meaningful contributions to it.
