Join Meet Market Adventures and other active singles for a fun afternoon of Trampolining. Coaches will work with athletes at their own pace on trampoline skills and general fitness. Trampoline is a super work-out for all, burning 600 calories/hour! We will rotate between 4 Competitive High Performance Trampolines surrounded by side and end decks for comfort and safety.
Regardless, of your background, you'll be able to learn at your own pace and interest level. Beginners will focus on developing core strength, establishing proper body alignment and knowing what's going on while flying through the air, doing skills such as the seat drop, the tuck jump, and the full twist.
After our fun workout, we will head to a local pub for some dinner and drinks.
