New York Healthy Birth Fair July 21, 2007

Dear Friends, Moms, Partners, Babies and Practitioners of the Birth World:

You may have heard about the FIRST ever New York Healthy Birth Fair
that will take place in South end of Union Square Park on Saturday, July 21st, 2007 from 11am-7pm.

The fair is being organized by Choices in Childbirth, the Grassroots
Advocates Committe of CIMS, and Friends of the Birth Center.
Fair goers will have the opportunity to meet mother-friendly practioners
and learn about maternity care issues in NYC. We're planning to have
a BOLD red tent where women can come relax and share birth stories.
There will also be live music and publicly read birth stories. In
addition, there will be a kids play/craft tent and a community art
project for all to participate in.

Come one, come all and learn about your choices. Support the moms, the babies, the partners in making healthy choices for pregnancy, labor, birth and parenting.
